The Monthly Sangha
A live monthly gathering for women navigating midlife, where yoga philosophy, embodied practice, reflection, and meaningful connection come together in community.
What is a Sangha?
A sangha is a spiritual community — a gathering of people who come together to practice, reflect, and support one another on the path. Each month, I’ll host a live sangha centered on a shared theme, weaving together yoga philosophy, embodied practice, and meaningful reflection to help you reconnect to yourself and live with more peace, clarity, and purpose.
This is a space to pause, turn inward, and explore how the ancient teachings of yoga can support you in the midst of everyday life. Through a blend of philosophy, guided practice, and reflection, each gathering is designed to help you embody the month’s theme in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and real.
Each month’s sangha will align with the monthly theme of my podcast, offering a deeper space to explore the teaching not just through listening, but through practice and community.
If you’ve been craving a more meaningful and spiritually nourishing way to gather, practice, and grow, I’d love to welcome you.
This Month’s Gathering: Samskaras
The conditioned patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond to life
Wednesday, June 3rd • 7:00 PM ET
Live on Substack
This month, we’ll explore avidya, often translated as ignorance or misperception — the forgetting of who we truly are. In yoga philosophy, there are 5 kleshas or inner afflictions or obstacles that create suffering. Avidya is considered the root of them all because when we do not see clearly, the other kleshas naturally arise from that misperception.
Through philosophy, reflection, and practice, we’ll begin to notice the ways avidya may be shaping our lives — through the stories we believe, the false identities we cling to, and the ways we lose touch with our deeper truth. This gathering is an invitation to see more clearly and meet yourself with awareness and compassion, so you can move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and alignment.
How We Gather
Each 60-minute monthly sangha will include a blend of teaching, practice, and reflection to help you explore the month’s theme in a meaningful and embodied way. Together, we’ll draw from yoga philosophy and bring it into lived experience through practices that support the body, mind, and nervous system.
You can expect:
a teaching centered on the month’s theme
reflection on a yoga philosophy concept or principle
a guided practice such as meditation, breathwork, or gentle movement
space for journaling, integration, and optional sharing
a grounded, welcoming environment for community and connection
Who Is It For?
The Monthly Sangha is for women in midlife who are craving a deeper way to reconnect with themselves.
It is for you if you are longing for more peace, clarity, purpose, and connection… and want a space to explore the wisdom of yoga in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and relevant to real life.
Whether you are moving through transition, questioning old patterns, seeking spiritual support, or simply wanting to live with greater intention, these gatherings are designed to meet you where you are.
You do not need to be an experienced yogi. All you need is an openness to reflect, practice, and grow in community.
